Against the 3D & 2D drawings or the samples provided by customers. Our engineer team analyze from tooling,molding and the using functions views, such as sink marks, draft angles etc to imporve or rebuild plastic part 3D .
The DFM report describe details of feeding gate location, parting line, ejector pin marks etc.
After approval by customers, we will proceed with tooling.
