Medical blood tubes require high smoothness, transparency, and high dimensional accuracy. Therefore, glass has long been the only material used in this field. For this application, the development of tooling is a huge challenge. For example, in terms of production, the ratio of small diameter to large length is not conducive to processing. Therefore, it is particularly important to choose the best injection point and balance the melt flow. Only a thermodynamically and rheologically well-balanced hot runner can achieve a stable production process at such a narrow wall thickness.

About the core and the cavity, the close-contoured mold cooling system ensures that the test tubes not only have the necessary dimensional accuracy, but also have low crystallinity and absolute transparency. The surface of the mold is polished by mirroring (average roughness value RA<0.05 acid) to obtain a smooth surface of the product.

The PET material test tube is less than 4g, it is a real lightweight product, and it can completely realize the same function of glass products, and it can still be safe when it falls to the ground.
