For Mould Design:Products design can be according to customers' samples or drawings. With advanced CAD/CAM/CAE systems, such as Pro-Engineer, Solid works, UG, Cimatron, MoldFlow, AutoCAD and PowerMill etc. tooling equipment to ensure the machining accuracy.

For Mould Tooling:we fully consider the function of each part and give best solution for gate design, parting line, location and quantity of ejector pins, Radius etc. We lay out efficient cooling lines for core/cavity, stripper plate, insert to ensure short cycle time.  

Mold cavity number and quantity of hot nozzle both are variable, it depends on your choice considering your production volume and injection machine tonnage etc.
